Documents can use data from Client records: You can write reports and letters that automatically extract information from your data and merge it with text. You can also use Client Forms as a separate word processing application by using it in an external window. Your work within this window can be independent of your data or use data extracted from records in your Investigator Report software.

Forms can be emailed to clients, subjects or targets. Forms can also be printed or saved as Microsoft Word documents.
Web Statements - Allows you to send the Client an email link, allowing them to actually see their information online. The software posts HTML documents on your designated server. The Client can click on the link anytime and see their information. Clients are able to see when payments are posted, without calling. And Clients can view their most recent account acivity and information immediately.
For example, if a Client makes a payment, their payment is applied to the information online. Client can also see information gathered and recorded. Once you make a change to there billing and accounts, the information is updated to their online information page.
