Landlord Report Web Statements, allow you to send the Tenant and Property Owners an email link, allowing them to actually see their information online. You are able to send an email link to the Tenant or Property Owner, so they can see there information online. The Landlord Report posts HTML documents on your designated server. The Tenant and Property Owner can click on the link anytime and see there information. Tenants are able to see when payments are posted, without calling. And Property Owners can view their most recent account acivity immediately.
For example, if a Tenant makes a payment, there payment is allow applied to the information online. Once you make a change to there billing and accounts, the information is updated there online information page.

The activation code is not needed to use the trial version. Printing is disabled in the trial version.

You can change the content, font, size, color and arrangement of the information on the forms.
You can also add as many forms as you wish. All forms can be printed, emailed and saved as Microsoft Word documents. All forms can operate like a mail merge, so fields in the application can appear on the forms. You only need to create your form once and you can use the form with all of your Tenants.
